Family Mediation & Conflict Resolution

As a Certified Mediator, I assist couples and families reach agreements in a confidential setting. These agreements include but are not limited to parenting plans, financial issues, marital plans, arrangements for children after a break up, and others. Through the process of mediation, we will identify the issues that need to be resolved; prioritize the issues and address them one at a time; discuss possible solutions; come to an agreement; have a draft prepared of the emerging agreement; and review, revise, and prepare the agreement for signing.

Yoga Breathing Coaching

Reiki healing is a simple, natural and safe Japanese method of energy healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. During a Reiki session, I use a combination of sacred symbols and specific hand placements above one’s body, and serve as a channel for Universal Source Energy. Reiki draws from outside energy and this limitless energy can rebalance your chakras, release stress or trauma, and make you feel “lighter” overall.

Meditation is a practice where you use different techniques, such as breath-work, mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular word or activity, to train attention and awareness. Meditation can help us achieve better focus/memory, more creativity, more compassion, more inner peace, as well as have less anxiety and stress.
